2023年度街道办提升群众满意度工作方案　　一、指导思想　　以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚决贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想，着力补齐公共服务领域短板、增强公共服务保障能力，在社会治安、教育状况、看病就医、扶老帮困、文化生活、居住环境等方面推动基本公共服务建设，全力提升街道基本公共服务质量水平，不断提高群众的获得感、幸福感和满意度。　　二、总体目标　　具体工作时间为：5月—10月，利用五个月的时间基本完成各项工作任务；11月—12月为巩固提升阶段，对前期开展的各项工作任务进行梳理总结。到2023年年底，街道基本公共服务质量水平进一步提高，群众获得感、幸福感明显增强。根据各级对高质量发展...
