市农业农村局2022年上半年工作总结及下半年工作计划上半年，市农业农村局在市委、市政府的正确领导下，认真贯彻落实中央和省、州、市委农村工作会议精神，坚持稳中求进工作总基调，坚持农业农村优先发展，牢牢守住保障国家粮食安全和不发生规模性返贫两条底线，扎实有序推进乡村发展、乡村建设、乡村治理重点工作，推动乡村振兴取得新进展。一、上半年工作进展情况（一）强化农业综合生产能力1、抓好春耕生产。全市粮食作物播种面积预计为**公顷，与上年基本持平。其中，玉米播种面积**公顷、大豆播种面积**公顷、水稻播种面积**公顷、薯类播种面积**公顷。积极响应全国大豆扩种行动，争取耕地轮作**万亩。全市粮食作物播种于6...
