连云港市组织系统开展扫黑除恶专项斗争情况汇报中共连云港市委组织部（2019年5月日）根据督导安排，现将我市组织系统开展扫黑除恶专项斗争工作情况汇报如下。一、基本情况连云港市现辖东海、灌云、灌南3县，赣榆、海州、连云3区和国家级经济技术开发区、国家级高新区、云台山风景名胜区、国家东中西区域合作示范区，人口530万，农村人口336.8万。全市现有乡镇60个，街道30个；行政村1424个，社区261个（其中涉农社区66个）；农村党员11.05万人，社区党员2.15万人；村干部10086人，社区干部1899人。扫黑除恶专项斗争开展以来，全市共清理受过刑事处罚、存在“村霸”、涉黑涉恶等问题村社“两委”人...
