在全省应急管理系统安全生产“四大”活动动员会上的讲话王忠华同志们：刚才，危化处、工贸处、执法督察处和宣传培训处的负责同志，分别对“四大”活动相关工作作了详细的解读希望大家深刻领会、把握要义、抓好落实。下面，受中超同志委托，我再讲三点意见。一、正确研判当前安全生产形势，切实增强做好安全生产工作的责任感紧迫感使命感今年1至5月，全省共发生各类生产安全事故179起、死亡148人，同比减少145起、78人，下降44.8%和34.5%；发生较大事故4起、死亡13人，同比减少5起、23人，下降55.6%和63.9%；未发生重特大生产安全事故。其中，非煤矿山事故2起、死亡1人、失联7人，去年同期事故6起、死...
