公文写作中经常出现的错误（九大类）近年来，各地各部门按照中央有关规定和要求，认真做好公文处理工作，公文质量有了明显提高。但我们在公文审核过程中，也时常发现一些这样那样的问题。归纳起来，主要集中在以下几个方面：一、公文格式不规范公文格式是公文最基本的规范。对此，中央办公厅、国务院办公厅2012年下发的《党政机关公文处理工作条例》中，专门用一章的篇幅阐述了公文格式的相关要求；国家质量监督检验检疫总局和国家标准化管理委员会发布的《党政机关公文格式》，对党政机关公文格式作出了明确而具体的规定。但在实际工作中，仍存在着不规范的情况。（一）与标题有关的问题1．无标题或标题要素不全。按照规定，公文一般应当有...
