人民代表大会政府工作报告（区县）各位代表：现在，我代表县人民政府向大会报告工作，请予审议，并请县政协委员和其他列席人员提出意见。一、“十三五”发展成就和2021年主要工作过去的五年，是极不平凡的五年，是xx在应对挑战中负重前行、奋发有为的五年，是xx在创新发展中积极探索、卓有成效的五年。五年来，县政府坚决贯彻上级决策部署，在县委的坚强领导下，在县人大、县政协的监督支持下，坚定沿着“八八战略”指引方向，坚持“工业立县、生态兴县、创新强县”不动摇，克难攻坚、创新进取，较好地完成了“十三五”规划确定的目标任务，全县经济社会发展实现新跨越。20xx年，预计实现地区生产总值xxx亿元，年均增长x.x%；...
