工会组织规范化建设方案（9篇）篇一根据省、市总要求，完善了各类规章制度，从“经费收缴”、“经审工作”“管理制度”三大类制定了详实的规章制度，包括《财务管理制度》、《固定资产管理制度》、《工会经费收支预决算制度》、《工会经费使用审批制度》等，并打印装订成册，归类存档，同时将部分制度上墙，并严格制度，照章办事，使工会财务规范化建设有了一个大的飞跃。近几年来，我们把财务工作重心放在进一步加强对基层工会财务的指导服务工作。主要做了以下几点：一是通过定期下基层，指导基层工会财务进行规范化建设，并对乡镇工会配备了微机，1召开了乡镇工会专职副主席工作会议，对规范化建设做出了部署，乡镇都做好基础会计规范达标验...
