有关于粮食运输损耗情况探析研讨（5篇）食者，民之天，兵之命。古往今来，粮食运输直接决定战争输赢和百姓安危，历朝历代都高度重视。春秋战国时期秦国发明“双辕车”和载重25吨左右的船舶，开通“秦直道”，运粮效率大幅提升，为一统华夏奠定坚实基础。清代前期，粮食运输量大幅增加，仅长江、淮河和运河三大水系运粮量就达5300万石（折合379万吨）。伴随粮食运输量的增加，受运粮设备和公路状况等制约，粮食运输损耗问题日益突出，甚至在明朝时期，官府在征收“正米”外，还额外征收一定的“耗米”，用来弥补运输损耗及相关费用。新中国成立特别是改革开放以来，“人扛畜拉”的传统运输方式逐渐退出历史舞台，轮船代替帆船，火车汽车...
