主题教育存在问题查摆集锦（50条）一是大局观念有欠缺。虽然能在班子内部积极协助**搞好分管工作，全力配合其他领导做好相关工作，但还存在对分管外工作关注少、参与少的问题。同时，在分管工作内对任务量大、工作责任重的环保工作关注的多，对其他工作任务相对较轻的分管部门也关注的少。二是监督管理不够严。很多时候更愿意一团和气，息事宁人，回避和掩盖矛盾，缺少了对分管部门的监督和帮助；即使出现问题，也是想着遮丑急于捂盖子。由于监督失之于软，使一些本来可以规避的问题得不到有效制止，在分管工作中对重点企业的监管有缺失。三是调查研究不够勤。忙于日常事务性工作多，到基层一线了解情况、征求意见、解决问题的时间相对减少，...
