XX乡镇向巡察组关于近五年来工作情况的汇报（精选）尊敬的县委巡察组各位领导：县委巡察组莅临*镇开展常规巡察，既是对*全面工作的一次政治体检，也是对*加快发展的一次把脉推动，更是对*党员干部工作能力、水平和质量的一次帮助提升。下面，我就全镇近五年来主要工作开展情况及存在的问题，汇报如下。一、基本情况乡镇机构改革后全镇核定公务员编制46个、机关工勤4个、直属事业编制25个、*敬老院编制3个、*敬老院编制1个。目前实有在编公务员43名、机关工勤3名、直属事业单位人员23名、敬老院2名。县级部门派驻14人，临聘人员4名，抽（借）调9人。现有人员共71名，在岗60名。设置中层职数23个，现有中层干部16...
