党课讲稿：切实巩固机关干部整体形象持续向好的发展态势　　同志们：　　今天，借廉政党课的机会，着重就实干担当问题，谈点个人的感悟和思考，主要有两方面考虑：一方面，落实市委党政主要领导带头讲廉政党课的要求。市委要求党政领导主要领导干部每年都要讲一次廉政党课，并列入廉政建设“十个一”任务清单。去年，我重点围绕破除侥幸心理，采取“讲故事、悟道理”的形式，重点从金钱和健康、欲望和财富、友情与党性、监狱和自由4个方面，就“修性（党性）”问题给大家上了第一次廉政党课。今天，我想着重就警惕躺平心态，采取谈心、交流的方式，重点从实干担当的角度，就“修行”问题给大家上第二次廉政党课。另一方面，提振干部队伍精神状态...
