党课讲稿：上好“必修课”营造良好家风　　一、“家风”释意　　（一）语词溯源　　家风一词，最早见于西晋文学家潘岳的作品中。西晋文学家夏侯湛，将《诗经》中有目无文的六篇“笙诗”，补缀以成《周诗》，并给潘岳看。潘岳认为：这些诗篇不仅温文尔雅，而且可以看到孝悌的本性。为与友人唱和，潘岳因此写作了《家风诗》，自述家族风尚：“绾发绾发，发亦鬓止。日祗日祗，敬亦慎止。靡专靡有，受之父母。鸣鹤匪和，析薪弗荷。隐忧孔疚，‘我’堂靡构。义方既训，家道颖颖。岂敢荒宁，一日三省。”在该诗中，作者并没有具体描述自家家世，而是通过歌颂祖德、称美自己的家族传统以自我勉励。　　“家风”又称门风，指的是家庭或家族世代相传的风尚...
