xx镇2022年综治及信访工作考核实施方案根据市委xx【2021】xx号文件精神及区委、区政府有关综治信访工作绩效考核的规定和要求，为深化我镇矛盾纠纷排查调处工作，推进我镇综治信访工作的改革和发展，确保基层矛盾纠纷能够得到及时的调处和化解，推进平安和谐xx建设，特制定本方案。一、考核内容（一）组织领导，落实综治信访工作领导责任，建立一把手负总责（20分）1、严格落实责任追究制，村居成立组织，定期向上级报告矛盾纠纷排查化解及不稳定因素。（5分）2、落实领导包案制度，作题解决在村（居），人员稳定在当地，上级交办的信访事件能妥善处理并及时上报处理结果。（5分）3、到本村（居）反映问题的群众，要落实来...
