关于新时代意识形态建设的方法论研究报告方法论是关于方法的根本观点。方法问题在马克思主义的思想理论体系中占有极其重要的地位。马克思主义既是科学的世界观又是科学的方法论，这是一个问题的两个方面。早在1843年，当马克思还处在由革命民主主义者向共产主义转变时就明确宣布：“我不主张我们树起任何教条主义的旗帜”[1]7。恩格斯在他的一生中曾经多次批评过对待马克思主义的学理主义和教条主义态度。在他的晚年即1895年3月，他在致韦尔纳·桑巴特的信中还在重复和强调这一思想，指出：“马克思的整个世界观不是教义，而是方法。它提供的不是现成的教条，而是进一步研究的出发点和供这种研究使用的方法。”[1]691从我们党...
