湘潭市2023年政府工作报告各位代表：现在，我代表市人民政府向大会报告工作，请予审议，并请各位政协委员和其他列席人员提出意见。一、2022年工作回顾2022年是党的二十大胜利召开之年，也是本届政府履职的第一年。在省委、省政府和市委的坚强领导下，全市上下按照“疫情要防住、经济要稳住、发展要安全”重要要求，全面落实“三高四新”战略定位和使命任务，加快建设“四区一地一圈一强”，顶住巨大压力，克服重重困难，超前谋划，科学统筹，系统布局关键领域改革，压茬推进各项工作，较好完成主要目标任务，在很多方面闯出了新路子，创出了新打法，干出了新成效。（一）千方百计应对多重超预期因素冲击，经济回稳回升、向上向好。一...
