篇1　　存在的缺点　　1、在政治理论上，政治理论修养还需要提高。存在理论与实际脱节、理论学习不系统不全面、把握党的理论内涵和精髓不够等问题，导致理论学习与实际工作脱节，在运用理论对实际工作的指导作用不够。主要原因一是没有把理论学习放在重要位置，学习存在片面性，这是政治理论不成熟的具体表现。二是理论与实践隔离，忽视了理论与实践的辨证唯物关系，对党的理论学习只满足于记住几条重要论断和几句讲话，缺乏系统性、经常性的深入学习不能用马列主义的立场和观点分析问题，不具备用党的理论认识问题、解决问题的能力。　　2、在工作作风上，存在急于求进的情绪。一是接到任务，有时首先想到的是怎样尽快完成，而不是怎样做到最...
