党史学习教育党课讲稿：从我做起，带头改变学风，带头转变作风同志们：按照党史学习教育要求，各级领导干部要结合工作带头讲党课，今天我以“从我做起、带头转学风、带头改作风，奋力开创县高质量发展新局面”为题，和大家谈一谈学习和工作中的一些体会和认识。这次党课，到底讲什么、怎么讲？我思考了很长时间，自身结合学习也检视了存在的不足，同时下去有针对性地也做了一些调研，感觉现在最大的短板和不足就在于我们各级干部学风不扎实、作风不扎实、管理不到位，这有各级各方面的原因，但从根本上讲是以上率下的示范引领作用发挥不够，从严管理还有欠缺，所以思考再三，我定下了这个党课题目，与大家作一交流探讨。下面，我围绕三个方面内容...
