党的支部委员会和不设支部委员会的支部书记、副书记每届任期为三年。任期届满应当按期进行换届选举。党支部一般提前4个月向上级党组织书面报送换届请示。如需要延期或者提前换届的，应当报上级党组织批准，延长或者提前期限一般不超过1年。有正式党员7人以上的党支部，应当设立党支部委员会。党支部委员会由3至5人组成，一般不超过7人。党支部委员会设书记和组织委员、宣传委员、纪检委员等，必要时可以设1名副书记。正式党员不足7人的党支部，设1名书记，必要时可以设1名副书记。党支部委员会由党支部党员大会选举产生，党支部书记、副书记一般由党支部委员会会议选举产生，不设委员会的党支部书记、副书记由党支部党员大会选举产生。...
