区农业农村局2024年上半年工作总结及下一步打算今年以来，xx新区农业农村局坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，在区党工委、区管委会的坚强领导和市直有关单位的悉心指导下，认真贯彻落实中央、省、市、区关于农业农村、水利、民政残联、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接等相关工作要求，积极对接两区，砥砺实干，攻坚克难，务实有力推进了工作深入落实，有效完成了各项工作任务。一、主要做法及成效（一）紧扣脱贫成果，坚持巩固拓展。1.筑牢增收渠道。抓实产业帮扶，积极发展蔬菜产业，产业带农益农稳步推进，完善利益联结机制，鼓励脱贫户、监测对象发展产业，带动务工就业。2024年向脱贫户、监测对象发放就业...
