组织人事工作报告尊敬的区委第二巡察组各位领导：根据巡察要求，现将XX组织人事工作报告如下：一、基本情况（一）组织基本情况XX党委下设172个党组织，其中：党总支部30个（行政村党总支部28个、政府机关党总支部1个、“两新”党总支部1个），党支部142个（行政村党支部3个、行政村下设党支部121个、政府机关党支部5个、“两新”党支部11个、事业单位党支部1个、国企党支部1个）。目前全镇共有党员4042名，其中女党员1514名，占党员总数的37.46％。35岁以下党员870名，占党员总数的21.52％；60岁以上的党员1465名，占党员总数的36.24％。少数民党员76名，占党员总数的1.88％。...
