2024年机关单位干部队伍建设述职报告　　按照市委要求，现将本人抓干部队伍建设工作情况述职如下，请予评议。　　一、履职情况　　（一）坚持政治引领，筑牢干部思想根基　　强化理论武装。把学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为首要政治任务，通过举办各类专题培训班中心组学习、“三会一课”等形式，组织广大干部深入学习党的二十大精神和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，不断提高干部的政治理论水平。全年共举办各类培训班x期，培训干部x人次。　　加强党性教育。充分利用红色教育资源，组织干部开展党性教育活动，通过参观革命旧址、重温入党誓词、聆听红色故事等形式，让干部在接受革命传统教育中坚定理想信念，增强党性修养...
