2024年XX村两委成员年度述职报告尊敬的各位领导、各位村民：　　大家好！　　2024年，在镇党委、政府的坚强领导和上级主管部门的精心指导下，习近平村两委成员团结一心，认真贯彻党的路线方针政策，全面落实乡村振兴战略，通过全体党员、干部和广大村民的共同努力，我村各项工作取得了显著成效现将一年来的工作情况向大家汇报如下：　　一、乡村振兴项目稳步推进，基础设施不断完善　　1、提升村民生活质量，打造宜居环境　　为改善村民的生活条件，我们启动了多项乡村振兴项目。以西岭自然村为试点，我们铺设了300平方米的健身广场，并配备了齐全的健身器材，为村民提供了休闲娱乐的好去处。同时，我们还建设了标准化的老年活动室...
