XX市农业农村局2024年上半年工作总结及下半年工作计划一、重点工作完成情况（一）小麦生产情况。2024年全市小麦种植面积xx万亩，平均亩穗数xx万穗、穗粒数xx粒、千粒重42.8克，平均单产574.23公斤，总产量12.896亿斤。总产量比2023年增加xx亿斤。为确保今年小麦丰产丰收，主要做好了以下六点工作：一是做好春季农业技术培训及田间技术指导，并印发了《小麦田间管理技术》资料。二是做好病虫草害综合防治，我市麦田各类病虫草害总体为中度偏重发生，发生总面积为314.4万亩次，发生严重的病虫害主要有：小麦茎基腐病、纹枯病、根腐病等，主要发生特点是：病害重于虫害。在广大干群的共同努力下，防治面...
