民政局行风建设会议讲话行风建设事关践行以人民为中心的发展思想，事关党中央、国务院决策部署的贯彻落实，事关民政事业的持续健康发展。加强系统行风建设，是局党组根据市委市政府的要求，深入研究、通盘考虑作出的重要决定。今天的会议就是全面动员部署加强民政系统行风建设工作。刚才，**地的同志作了发言，所介绍的典型经验、创新做法及改进措施，都值得各地各单位深入思考、学习借鉴。下面，我讲三点意见。一、切实增强对加强系统行风建设必要性、紧迫性和战略性的认识行风是系统干部队伍作风的集中反映，也是党风在行业工作中的具体体现。抓行风，能够整体推进系统党风、政风、作风建设。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央以作...
