市委组织部长在科级干部培训班动员会上的讲话同志们：今天的培训班，是经市委研究决定举办的，同时也是今年全市干部培训计划中的一个主体班次。参加今天培训的同志是今年以来新提拔的副科级领导干部。在此，我代表市委向参加这次培训的同志们表示热烈的欢迎。今年以来，根据我市干部队伍建设、机构改革和乡镇换届的需要，先后两次对科级干部队伍进行了调整。我们在座的各位凭借自己出色的工作业绩和良好的品行，得到了领导和群众的认可，经过组织考察走上了领导岗位。在此我对大家表示衷心的祝贺。同时，我也想告诉大家，提拔并不是目的，而是新的开始和起点。能不能肩负起更重的工作责任，能不能胜任工作岗位，能不能让组织放心，让干部群众满意...
