专题党课：市委书记关于作风建设的专题党课同志们：根据市委要求，今天由我围绕如何“做一名实干担当的优秀干部”，讲一堂专题党课，既是加强党规党纪教育，加强作风建设的规定动作，也是想借此机会，和大家交流近几年来，自己的一些思考。主要讲三个问题。第一，党风党纪、作风建设问题，为什么要锲而不舍、常抓不懈。理解这一问题，我认为，一方面，要从历史的角度看。我们党历来高度重视作风建设，党的事业每前进一步，党的作风建设就推进一步。比如“三大法宝”、“三大作风”、“三大纪律八项注意”。毛主席当年提出“为人民服务”时，有人说字数太少了，我们党根本的宗旨怎么用五个字概括呢？毛主席说超过10个字普通群众就记不住了，五个...
