关于我市缓解“停车难”问题情况的调研报告“停车难”问题是制约城市高质量发展的重要因素，也是代表和群众高度关注的民生热点。为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于城市精细化管理的重要指示和考察浙江重要讲话精神加快提升我市停车治理水平，今年3月以来，城建环资工委牵头就我市缓解“停车难”问题工作情况开展了全面深入调研，现将相关情况报告如下：一、调研工作开展情况（一）加强组织领导。市人大常委会X主任亲自担任监督组组长，并专题听取了工作汇报，分管领导带队赴X等地开展专题视察调研。工委会同市住建局、市公安局、市自然资源规划局等13个相关部门组成工作专班，协调会商重难点问题。市县两级人大密切联动，共同调研形成“共性＋个性...
