某县关于推进党建引领居家养老事业的调研报告　　居家和社区养老服务是利用家庭和社区资源，弥补家庭养老功能弱化，科学应对快速老龄化服务需求的重要服务模式，具有服务递送精准、服务内容丰富、服务成本较低、符合中国文化等特点。近年来，我县以居家和社区养老服务改革试点为契机，大力发展养老服务业，取得了一定的成绩，但场地设施供给不足的瓶颈一直难以破解。　　一、基本情况　　截止今年xx月，我县常住人口xx万人，其中60岁及以上人口为xx万人，占常住人口的xx％，老龄化程度处于较高水平，考虑到我县经济欠发达，财政能力有限，面对养老带来的压力会更加突出。市委、市政府高度重视老龄化问题，做到早谋划、早部署、早见效，...
