对基于三级公立医院绩效考核的医院运营效率评价报告在“健康中国2030”战略指导下，推动公立医院高质量发展是三级公立医院绩效“国考”的根本出发点，目的在于促进三级公立医院的发展方式由规模扩张型转向质量效率型。那么在医疗卫生资源总量持续缓慢增长的情况下，如何高效率利用医疗资源、革新医院内部管理体系、完善医院运营管理[1-2]成为学术界和实务界都十分关注的问题。基于包含资源效率、收支结构、费用控制、经济管理运营效率的指标体系，对公立医院运营效率进行考核评价，是找出其运营管理中问题与痛点的有效手段，也是进一步提升医院精细化、科学化管理水平的重要途径。本研究使用DEA-Malmquist指数模型对xx省...
