2023年国家宪法日主题活动简报（13篇）篇1：学宪法讲宪法活动开展简报11月12日上午，由北京大学城市与环境学院、工学院、法学院联合举办的高级党课创新性活动在法学院凯原楼的模拟法庭成功举行。本次活动邀请了法学院博士后研究员彭T为来自三个学院的党课学员进行专场讲座，讲座以“什么是宪法”为主题。彭老师以东西方数个国家的宪法为例，对其结构、大纲以及相关的政治社会文化背景等内容进行了深入浅出的讲解。首先，彭老师讲解了“什么是宪法”。从政治角度上看，宪法是国家的根本大法，适用于国家全体公民是特定社会政治经济和思想文化条件综合作用的产物，集中反映各种政治力量的实际对比关系，确认革命胜利成果和现实的民主政...
