镇江市2023年政府工作报告各位代表：现在，我代表镇江市人民政府向大会报告工作，请予审议，并请各位政协委员提出意见。一、2022年的工作及成效刚刚过去的2022年极不寻常，经济社会发展内外部环境复杂严峻，叠加新冠病毒感染疫情等超预期因素影响，困难和挑战比预想中的更大；党的二十大胜利召开，指明了前进方向、确立了行动指南、增强了发展信心。市政府深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，全面落实“疫情要防住、经济要稳住、发展要安全”的重大要求，在省委、省政府和市委的坚强领导下，高效统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展，统筹发展和安全，保持了经济平稳运行和社会和谐稳定。主要经济指标绝大多数增速达到或超过全省平均...
