2023年新抚区政府工作报告各位代表：现在，我代表区人民政府，向大会报告工作，请予审议。一、2022年工作回顾即将过去的2022年，极其艰辛、极不平凡。一年来，我们坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于东北、辽宁、抚顺振兴发展的重要讲话和指示批示精神，在辽宁省“一圈一带两区”和抚顺市“两大基地、三个融合、六大产业、五个抚顺”发展战略中找准定位，在市委、市政府及区委的坚强领导下，在区人大、区政协的监督支持下，在历届班子的接续奋斗下，团结带领全区人民理旧账、开新局，直面重大风险挑战，经济社会平稳发展，民生事业成果丰硕，新抚转型振兴迈出坚实步伐。一年来，我们贯彻“...
