某县民政局党组向县委第一巡察组提交的专题工作汇报　　尊敬的县委第一巡察组各位领导：　　热烈欢迎各位领导莅临我局开展巡察工作。下面，我就县民政局近年来党组相关工作及问题汇报如下。　　一、工作开展情况　　（一）民政系统基本情况。县民政局为县政府组成部门，按照“三定”要求，主要承担低保兜底、临时救助、养老、特困供养、残疾人两项补贴、基层社会治理、婚姻登记、殡葬、孤困儿童救助等14项职责，目前有内设行政科室7个，下属事业单位4个，共有编制41名，在职实有人员合计37人（含改非领导4名）。支部正式党员32人、发展对象1人。按照“三定”规定，我局领导职数为1正2副，实际配备领导1正2副。机关干部职工平均年...
